Arrojando as\u00ed,<br \/>un poco m\u00e1s de luz sobre qu\u00e9 se considera un producto cosm\u00e9tico destinado a fraccionamiento<br \/>y las instrucciones principales para llevar a cabo su fraccionamiento.<br \/>El documento tambi\u00e9n destaca la necesidad de que el punto de venta cuente con instrucciones<br \/>de c\u00f3mo realizar el fraccionamiento proporcionadas por el fabricante en funci\u00f3n del producto.<br \/>Y es por eso, que desde Natury ofrecemos este documento a modo de instrucciones a los puntos<br \/>de venta para intentar garantizar que el producto cosm\u00e9tico fraccionado en el punto de venta<br \/>sea seguro para el consumidor.<br \/><strong>D\u00c9FINITIONS<\/strong><br \/>Producto cosm\u00e9tico Natury destinado a fraccionamiento (PCDF): producto cosm\u00e9tico que se<br \/>fracciona y se envasa en el punto de venta conforme a unas instrucciones facilitadas por Natury<br \/>(Garrafas).<br \/>Punto de Venta: establecimiento f\u00edsico en el que se realiza el fraccionamiento del producto<br \/>cosm\u00e9tico y se pone a disposici\u00f3n del consumidor.<br \/>Unidad de venta: producto cosm\u00e9tico fraccionado en el punto de venta que se lleva el<br \/>consumidor<\/p>\n<p><strong>INSTRUCTIONS<\/strong><br \/>\u2022 <strong>Conditions de conservation et de stockage<\/strong><br \/>Tanto los productos cosm\u00e9ticos destinados a fraccionamiento suministrados por Natury, como<br \/>las unidades de venta resultantes del fraccionamiento en el punto de venta, deben almacenarse<br \/>acorde a los siguientes requisitos:<br \/>\u2013 Conserver dans un endroit frais et sec.<br \/>\u2013 \u00c9viter tout contact direct avec le sol.<br \/>&#8211; Evitar variaciones bruscas de temperatura que puedan afectar a la estabilidad del<br \/>producto.<br \/>\u2013 Ne pas exposer le produit \u00e0 des temp\u00e9ratures sup\u00e9rieures \u00e0 35 \u00b0C et inf\u00e9rieures \u00e0 3 \u00b0C.<br \/>\u2013 Ne pas exposer le produit au rayonnement solaire direct.<br \/>&#8211; Disponer los productos de tal manera que no ejerzan una presi\u00f3n excesiva entre ellos y<br \/>por tanto, que comprometan el envase y\/o su estanqueidad.<br \/>\u2022 <strong>Dur\u00e9e de vie du PCDF et de l'unit\u00e9 de vente<\/strong><br \/>La vida \u00fatil o fecha de duraci\u00f3n m\u00ednima del producto destinado a fraccionamiento (Garrafa) si<br \/>no se ha abierto el envase es de 24 a 36 meses dependiendo del producto. En caso de iniciarse<br \/>el fraccionamiento, la vida \u00fatil es de 1 a\u00f1o desde la fecha de primera apertura (PAO).<br \/>Tal y como recomienda la Agencia Espa\u00f1ola del Medicamento (AEMPS), la vida \u00fatil de la unidad<br \/>de venta que el consumidor adquiere (producto fraccionado) es de 3 meses desde su fecha de<br \/>compra o fraccionamiento.<br \/>\u2022 <strong>Instructions de nettoyage et d'entretien du syst\u00e8me de dosage.<\/strong><br \/>Los productos cosm\u00e9ticos Natury destinados a su fraccionamiento en el punto de venta, se<br \/>suministran debidamente taponados y juntamente con un sistema de dosificaci\u00f3n o grifo. Este<br \/>grifo ser\u00e1 colocado por el personal del punto de venta, \u00fanicamente cuando se inicie el<br \/>fraccionamiento.<br \/>En ce qui concerne le syst\u00e8me de dosage ou le robinet, les aspects suivants doivent \u00eatre pris en compte :<br \/>\u2013 Pour chaque PCDF, Natury fournit une unit\u00e9 de syst\u00e8me de dosage (robinet).<br \/>\u2013 Au point de vente, seul ce syst\u00e8me de dosage sera utilis\u00e9.<br \/>&#8211; El sistema de dosificaci\u00f3n no se retirar\u00e1 del PCDF (Garrafa y\/o \u201cBag in Box\u201d) en ning\u00fan<br \/>momento, a excepci\u00f3n de la finalizaci\u00f3n del uso del producto. Ya sea por finalizar las<br \/>existencias del envase o bien, por la finalizaci\u00f3n de la vida \u00fatil del producto.<br \/>&#8211; Los grifos que no hayan empezado a usarse para el fraccionamiento se mantendr\u00e1n en<br \/>un lugar limpio e higi\u00e9nico hasta su uso.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 <strong>R\u00e8gles d'hygi\u00e8ne sur le lieu de vente<\/strong><br \/>Los envases de Natury destinados a contener el producto fraccionado (unidad de venta), deben<br \/>almacenarse de manera que se evite la entrada de polvo y otros elementos externos. Es<br \/>recomendable almacenar los envases boca abajo o en el interior de una bolsa de pl\u00e1stico.<br \/>En el caso de mantener los envases vac\u00edos expuestos en el punto de venta, estos deben<br \/>permanecer debidamente tapados hasta que se utilicen en el fraccionamiento.<br \/>Des mesures seront prises pour r\u00e9duire le risque de contamination externe du point de vente :<br \/>\u2013 Tapis<br \/>\u2013 Rideaux physiques ou d'air qui entravent l'entr\u00e9e de particules de poussi\u00e8re et\/ou d'insectes.<br \/>&#8211; Mantener una correcta limpieza y desinfecci\u00f3n del punto de venta, haciendo hincapi\u00e9<br \/>en las zonas donde se lleva a cabo el fraccionamiento.<br \/>&#8211; Que las zonas del punto de venta destinadas al fraccionamiento est\u00e9n lo m\u00e1s alejadas<br \/>posible de la entrada y salida del establecimiento.<br \/>\u2022 <strong>Conditions de manipulation<\/strong><br \/>Para las garrafas Natury: En primer lugar, debe retirarse el tap\u00f3n negro y r\u00e1pidamente volver a<br \/>tapar la garrafa con el sistema de dosificaci\u00f3n (grifo) proporcionado por Natury. Debe exponerse<br \/>el producto el menor tiempo posible al ambiente del punto de venta.<br \/>Una vez colocado el grifo, debe disponerse la garrafa en su lugar definitivo en el punto de venta<br \/>y siguiendo las instrucciones del apartado anterior \u201cCondiciones de conservaci\u00f3n y<br \/>almacenamiento\u201d.<br \/>Antes de llevar a cabo el fraccionamiento, se proceder\u00e1 a una inspecci\u00f3n visual del envase a<br \/>llenar, asegurando que no hay restos de polvo o suciedad en general.<br \/>Posteriormente, se proceder\u00e1 al fraccionamiento evitando al m\u00e1ximo la exposici\u00f3n del producto<br \/>al ambiente. Para ello, se procurar\u00e1 que el envase a llenar se encuentre cerca del grifo, pero sin<br \/>tener contacto directo con \u00e9l.<br \/>Una vez finalizado el fraccionamiento, se tapar\u00e1 r\u00e1pidamente la unidad de venta del<br \/>consumidor. Adem\u00e1s, se revisar\u00e1 que no hayan quedado restos de producto en el sistema de<br \/>dosificaci\u00f3n y en caso afirmativo, se retirar\u00e1n los restos con ayuda de una bayeta o pa\u00f1o est\u00e9ril.<br \/>Finalmente, la unidad de venta que adquiere el consumidor se etiquetar\u00e1 acorde a las<br \/>instrucciones del apartado siguiente.<br \/>\u2022 <strong>Emballages Natury<\/strong><br \/>Los envases que ofrece Natury para realizar el fraccionamiento de los productos destinados a<br \/>tal fin, han sido objeto de estudio para demostrar su compatibilidad con el producto cosm\u00e9tico<br \/>tal y como se detalla en el Reglamento Europeo de Productos Cosm\u00e9ticos 1223\/2009.<br \/>Por este motivo, Natury recomienda a los puntos de venta que utilicen \u00fanicamente estos<br \/>envases. Si el punto de venta y\/o el consumidor, deciden utilizar otros envases sin seguir dichas<br \/>recomendaciones, ser\u00e1 bajo su responsabilidad.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 <strong>\u00c9tiquetage sur l'unit\u00e9 de vente acquise par le consommateur<\/strong><br \/>Les informations suivantes figureront au minimum :<br \/>\u2013 D\u00e9nomination du produit ou r\u00e9f\u00e9rence l'identifiant<br \/>\u2013 Nom et adresse de la personne responsable<br \/>\u2013 Contenu nominal du produit<br \/>\u2013 Num\u00e9ro de lot<br \/>\u2013 Date de durabilit\u00e9 minimale du produit<br \/>\u2013 Pr\u00e9cautions particuli\u00e8res d'emploi<br \/>\u2013 Nom et adresse de la personne responsable<br \/>Toda esta informaci\u00f3n, a excepci\u00f3n del contenido nominal que lo determinar\u00e1 el<br \/>fraccionamiento en el punto de venta, est\u00e1 disponible en el etiquetado del producto destinado<br \/>a ser fraccionado (Garrafa suministrada por Natury).<br \/>\u2022<strong> Prohibiciones<\/strong><br \/>\u2013 Interdiction de transvaser le produit cosm\u00e9tique dans un autre r\u00e9cipient que celui du client final.<br \/>\u2013 Interdiction d'ajouter des ingr\u00e9dients au produit.<br \/>&#8211; Prohibici\u00f3n de rellenar los recipientes.
